It doesn’t matter what shape or size you are because Three Lions CrossFit coaches people of all ages and abilities to improve their overall fitness in a fun and challenging environment. Get started with our Elements Classes specifically designed for beginners and you will soon become a Three Lions CrossFit addict!
Three Lions CrossFit offers 3 trainings rooms to best meet the needs of our clients: CrossFit, Youth Sports Performance, and Personal Training. With over 11,000 square feet of facility floor, each training room is uniquely designed to meet the needs of each program. We have spared no expense at creating a custom, results driven, and resourceful space for our members.
Tom is originally from Manchester, England, he moved to the USA in 2009. Growing up with a passion for all things sports, Tom has been surrounded by training, competition, and teamwork since the age of 4. His experience was with College & Semi-Professional Soccer, Rugby & Cricket. Tom attended Belhaven University
where he studied Sports Medicine Exercise Science. Upon graduation,Tom co-founded Three Lions CrossFit with his wife April in 2014, where he paired his passion for fitness with helping people achieve life changing strength and conditioning results.

Fitness has always been a huge part of April’s life from early age with Gymnastics & Cheerleading. She was a collegiate Cheerleader at Belhaven University where she graduated with a B.S. in Psychology. She found CrossFit in 2012 with her husband Tom and has been an avid CrossFitter & Weightlifter since.

Being an avid runner for most of her life, Karen found CrossFit in 2014 and has since fell in love with the sport. She is a top 200 regional athlete in the South Central region and competes in various local competitions. She is a nurse practitioner and mum of three by trade but still works out daily and helps coach.
Coming from a highly sports orientated family, Barth grew up in a very competitive setting with his brothers playing Football & Baseball. Barth’s athlete mentality carries over to his drive to motivate and help other athletes get better as their coach. He is excited about being apart of the Three Lions CrossFit team and plans to provide the TLC members with dedicated coaching.
Amy was one of Three Lions CrossFit’s first athlete’s. She has enjoyed watching the sport of CrossFit and Three Lions grow over the years. After a few years, she still continues to be challenged and humbled as a CrossFit athlete and she was excited to be invited to participate in and graduate from the Professional Coach Development Program in 2015. In between her main jobs of mom to Gannon and Garrett, she loves serving and motivating others as a coach at Three Lions CrossFit, especially the beginners!
Involved in sports his whole life; Joseph has always had strong enthusiasm for competition and athletic performance. A multiple sport athlete growing up, he developed a separating devotion to football as he started getting recruited in high school. His time as a collegiate football player not only enhanced his passion for the sport but his interest in athletic development. Strength and conditioning was a natural career transition.
Cliche as it may sound, the individuals (especially the 5 AM crew) have become like family! We support, encourage, challenge and hold each other accountable. Not to mention, we have some awesome coaches. As I approach my 30th birthday this month and my 3 year “CrossFit anniversary” in April, I can without a doubt say I am healthier and in better shape now than I ever have been in my life! Three Lions Crossfit is a place I feel comfortable working out at. I never feel judged for the movements I’m not able to do, but pushed to do the scaled movements to my best ability. The coaches work with my back disease (scoliosis) and make sure I’m not doing any movements that put me at risk. I love getting my fitness on here! This gym has also given me some of the best friends I could ever ask for, and that makes working out even more fun.
I absolutely love this place!! It’s like having your own personal trainer and it creates a drive in me that wants to give 100% every time I’m there. You will be encouraged and you will see results!!
